Question 826664: This problem is really tripping me up,
Mary is standing on one side of a 20 ft wide street when she sees a flower shop on the other side of the street and 30 yards away from a point directly across from her. If she can cross the steet at a rate of 2ft/sec and then run down the street at a rate of ft/sec, where should she cross to the other side in order to minimize the time to get to the flower shop?
Thanks!!!
