You can put this solution on YOUR website! Assuming the best conditions, the person will jog 60 min or 1 hour. So t = 1 and r = 4 (since "a person jogs at a speed of 4miles per hour")
d = rt
d = 4*1
d = 4
So s/he will go 4 miles at most. This is of course if it's sunny. The person may jog less if the conditions aren't that favorable.
