you have a rectangle the perimeter of a rectangle is P=2L%2B2W
L=164
W=75
so find P
because the question is saying the horse ran around the perimeter 4 times meaning 4P
P=2L%2B2W
P=2%28L%2BW%29
P=2%28%28164%29%2B%2875%29%29
P=2%28239%29
P=478
so 4P=4%28478%29
4P=1912
highlight%281912%29 meters

The perimeter is

P = 2L+2W

P = 2*164+2*75

P = 328+150

P = 478


So the perimeter is 478 meters


Because the horse ran around this perimeter 4 times, the horse ran 4*478 = 1912 meters total.
