time=distance/rate
126%2F%28x%2B15%29=99%2Fxcross multiply
126x=99%28x%2B15%29
126x=99x%2B1485
27x=1485 divide both sides by 27
x=55 so vans speed is 55 mph
then car's speed is 55+15=70 mph
