You can put this solution on YOUR website! If a snail is traveling at a rate of 1 inch per minute, how many miles per hour is the snail traveling?
I know that 1 inch per minute = 60 minutes per hour and that there are 63,360 inches in a mile, but I have no idea what the formula is to figure the answer! Thank you for your help,
'''
1km = 63360 inches
1 " = 1/63360 km
...
1 minute = 1/60 hour
...
1 inch / minute = (1/63360) / (1/60) mph
= 1/63360 *60/1
= 9.4*10^-4 km/hour
0.00094km/hour
