8(60mins)=480mins(60secs)=28800
9m/s =Xm/28800s xm=9(28800)m
259200m we know that 1km=1000m
divide 259200/1000= 259.2km

min = hr
sec/min x min/hr = sec/hr
Notice that the min units cancel out because
(sec/min) x (min/hr) is the same thing as (min/min) x (sec/hr)
How many sec are there in an 8 hr day?
sec/hr x hr/day = 28800 sec/day

There are no "8 hour days"
He travels the distance calculated (by others) in 8 hours.
Whether it's 8 hours/day, or 8 hours/month makes no difference. It's 8 hours.
