They cross each other for the first time at line PQ, which is 21 yards from the red side and 29 yards from the blue side. They reach the opposite ends, turn around and cross again at line RS. Assuming that they both travel at constant speeds, how far is line RS from the blue side? The line RS is to the right of line PQ, which is 21 feet from the red side.

the blue side starter (B) swims 29yd in the time it takes the red side starter (R) to swim 21yd
their combined distance, when they meet, is 50yd (length of pool)
they pass each other and continue to the ends of the pool (combined distance, 100yd)
they swim towards each other again, and pass a second time (combined distance, 150yd)
at this point, R has swum 63yd (3*21) -- one length plus 13yd
so RS is 13yd from the blue end
