distance = rate * time
distance = (5 km per hour) * (15 min)
distance = (5 km per hour) * (15/60 hour)
distance = (5 km per hour) * (0.25 hour)
distance = (5*0.25) km
distance = 1.25 km
distance = (1.25*1000) m
distance = 1250 m
