20 * 10, or 200 km, WEST
20 * 7.5, or 150 km, SOUTH
The journey forms a right-triangle that is the PYTHAGOREAN TRIPLE: 3-4-5.
The 2 legs are 3 & 4 that're MULTIPLIED by 50, making them 50(3), or 150 km, and 50(4), or 200 km.
This makes the HYPOTENUSE 50(5), or 250 km, which is the distance between its start and end-points.
That's it!!
