You can put this solution on YOUR website!

We need four consecutive even integers.

Let x be the first even integer, then the other three even integers are:

x+2, x+4, and x+6

So we are given:

x%2B%28x%2B2%29%2B%28x%2B4%29%2B%28x%2B6%29=2%2B5%2Ax

4x%2B12=2%2B5x

12=2%2Bx

10=x

So our first even integer is 10, thus the four even integers we are looking for are:

10, 12, 14, and 16

I hope this helps! Keep practicing! :)
