1st statement:
When rounded to the nearest 10, i am 20;
so, it could be a number between +20 and 24

2nd statement:
I am greater than 21; so , this statement eliminates +20 and +21
only 23 and 24 are left
take a look on these two statements:
I am an odd number
the difference in my digits is 1

so, it could be only +23 ...it is odd and the difference in its digits is 1
