All I can say is that your textbook is very old -- back before CDs even.  Are those tape cartridges 8-tracks?

Put each of the ratio numbers 3, 4 and 6 over their sum 3+4+6 = 13 
making these three fractions

3%2F13, 4%2F13, and 6%2F13

Now multiply each fraction by 65
