You are asked to find the sum of x+%2B+%28x%2B2%29+=+2x%2B2
You are told
%28x%2B2%29%5E2+-+x%5E2+=+34
x%5E2+%2B4x+%2B4+-x%5E2+=+34
4x+%2B+4+=+34
4x+=+30
x+=+15%2F2+=+7.5
Seems to me like there aren't two consecutive even integers that work
