Let the numbers be a and b. b is the larger
a+%2B+b+=+15
2a+%2B+b+=+-1
Subtract the 2nd from the 1st
-a+=+16
a+=+-16
-16+%2B+b+=+15
b+=+31
The numbers are -16 and 31
check:
-16+%2B+31+=+15
15+=+15
2a+%2B+b+=+-1
2%2A%28-16%29+%2B+31+=+-1
-32+%2B+31+=+-1
