1. The sum of 6 and twice a number is equal to four times the number, what is the number? I got 2n-6=4n but do not know how to solve
2. If 6 is subtracted from three times a number, the difference is twice the number. What is the number I got 3n-6=2n( i don't think i set that up right) but anyway thank for your consideration in my two questions

2x-4x=-6
-2x=-6
x=-6/-2
x=3 answer.
3x-6=2x
3x-2x=6
x=6 answer.
