-110+=+-4x+-+6x....in this case, all terms have negative sign, so you just multiply each term by -1 to get positive sign
-110%28-1%29+=+-4x%28-1%29+-+6x%28-1%29
110+=+4x+%2B+6x
110+=+10x
110%2F10=x
x=11
