You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Let A be the amount of 100% and B be the amount of 20%.
1.A%2BB=60
.
.
100A%2B20B=60%28A%2BB%29=60%2860%29=3600
2.5A%2BB=180
Subtract eq. 1 from eq. 2,
5A%2BB-A-B=180-60
4A=120
A=30
Then,
30%2BB=60
B=30
