A 7L solution that was 12% vinegar was mixed with a 15L solution that was 69% vinegar. Find the new concentration of vinegar.

7*12 + 15*69 = C*(7+15)
----
Set it up like that.

Solve for P to get the percentage of vinegar in new concentration.
**Hint: You should get a new concentration of .54, or 54%
