You can put this solution on YOUR website!
u = how much of the 10% fat
v = how much of the 50% fat

%2810u%2B50v%29%2F200=20 and u%2Bv=200

How these are made and what to do with them, see the lesson, "Mixing two concentrations for known amount of mixture", through my profile page.

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Let +a+ = kg of 10% fat chocolate needed
Let +b+ = kg of 50% fat chocolate needed
------------------
(1) +a+%2B+b+=+200+
(2) +%28+.1a+%2B+.5b+%29+%2F+200+=+.2+
----------------------------
(2) +.1a+%2B+.5b+=+.2%2A200+
(2) +.1a+%2B+.5b+=+40+
(2) +a+%2B+5b+=+400+
Subtract (1) from (2)
(2) +a+%2B+5b+=+400+
(1) +-a+-+b+=+-200+
+4b+=+200+
+b+=+50+
and, since
(1) +a+%2B+b+=+200+
(1) +a+=+200+-+50+
(1) +a+=+150+
150 kg of 10% fat chocolate is needed
50 kg of 50% fat chocolate is needed
check:
(2) +%28+.1a+%2B+.5b+%29+%2F+200+=+.2+
(2) +%28+.1%2A150+%2B+.5%2A50+%29+%2F+200+=+.2+
(2) +%28+15+%2B+25+%29+%2F+200+=+.2+
(2) +40+=+.2%2A200+
(2) +40+=+40+
OK
