You didn't say how much you have, or whether you measure by volume or weight.

If you have S of 1%
1*S + 0*Add = 0.01*(S + Add)
S = 0.01S + 0.01Add
0.01Add = 0.99S
Add = 99S
================
Add 99 times however much you have in the units you use.
--> Mix it 99 to 1.
