You can put this solution on YOUR website!
1 dime = 7.5 cm = 0.075 m = (0.075)^3 m^3 = 0.000422 m^3
1.5 L = 1.5 * (1/1000) m^3 = 0.015 m^3
therefore , 0.015/0.000422 = 35.55 dimes
cheers!!!

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
how many dimes would fit into a 1.5 liter bottle?
-------------
A dime is 17.9 mm diameter by 1.35 mm thick
Vol+=+pi%2A8.95%5E2%2A1.35
Vol =~ 339.7 cubic mms
-----------
1.5 liters = 1.5E6 cubic mms
1.5E6/339.7 = 4415 dimes
-------------------------
That's using volume, but packing is a complex problem.
4415 is a max, if there is no space between the dimes.
The actual # is less.
