You can put this solution on YOUR website! 4 parts water and 1 part vinegar. I think of this as 5 parts, where 4/5 is water and 1/5 is vinegar.
For 3 cups, you would need 4/5 of the 3 cups to be water, so which will give you cups, or cups of water.
You would need 1/5 of the 3 cups to be vinegar, so which will give you cups of vinegar.
