You can put this solution on YOUR website!
There are at least two approaches to this problem.
From the view of alcohol or from the view of water.
Alcohol view
3*.96=(x+3)*.75
x=.84 quarts
Water view
3*(.04+x)=.25(x+3)
x=.84 quarts
They serve as a check on each other.
