I just happened to have created a "solver" for this type of problem earlier today (playing with the site's programing language), go to this page and see if that answers your questions... my problem is virtually identical. Basically, you want to set up a system of two equations, one based on the total volume, and one based on a percentage of acids. Let me know if you still have questions.
