You can put this solution on YOUR website!
x-Amount of 75% solution
y-Amount of 25% solution
1.x%2By=500
2.75x%2B25y=40%28500%29=2000
From eq. 1,
x=500-y
Substitute into eq. 2,
75x%2B25y=2000
75%28500-y%29%2B25y=20000
37500-75y%2B25y=20000
-50y=-17500
y=350
Then from eq. 1,
x=500-y
x=500-350
x=150
Use 150ml of 75% solution and 350ml of 25% solution.
