Another two-part mixture problem solved quickly with just a couple of easy mental calculations.
(1) The 90% of the mixture is 15/20 = 3/4 of the way from 75% to 95%.
(2) That means 3/4 of the mixture is the 95% sugar solution.
(3) So 3/4 of the 16 gallons, or 12 gallons, is the 95% sugar cherry-flavored solution.
