(corrected response.... the circumference is pi times the diameter, not 2pi times the diameter....)

diameter = 10 meters --> circumference = 10pi meters = 1 revolution

number of revolutions in 1 hour = number of revolutions in 50 meters = 50/(10pi)

If an answer in a particular form is needed, use a calculator and round as directed.

The correct answer is  50%2F%2810%2Api%29 = 5%2Fpi%29,  obtained by Alan.

The answer  50%2F%2820%2Api%29  by @greenestamps is not correct.
