You can put this solution on YOUR website!
.
The final concentration is

    %280.12%2A10+%2B+0.4%2A2%29%2F%2810%2B2%29 = 2%2F12 = 1%2F6 = 0.16667 = 16.67% (approximately).

The numerator is the volume of the pure alcohol in the mixture in ounces;

the denominator is the total liquid volume.
