Can you please help me figure out the following problem:
A total of 37,451 Ph.D.’s were awarded in 1991. Out of the 1164 Ph.D.’s in business and management, 292 were earned by women. Women earned 13,782 Ph.D.’s. How many men earned Ph. D’s in business and management?
I think the answer is 872. But I might be wrong. I have been up all night working on math and I'm getting a little fuzzy:)
