I divided 125 over 5 plus 0.20 over 20 miles equals x.
I got the LCD which is 20 and multiplied each by it. my answer was 27 but it was not an option on the multiple choice. Please help.

Question 214755: While performing a calculation, you divide a number by 5 two times to get the answer 12. You should have divided by 5 only once. What is the correct result of the calculation?
mulitply 5 and 12 then you get 60 then multiply 60 by 5 and get 300 but you were only supposed to divide by 5 once to the answer is 60
