It takes a plane 40min to fly from Boston to Los Angeles at 525mi/h than it does to return at 600mi/h. How far apart are the cities?

trip 525 * t+.6 = 525(t+.6) 40/60=.6
return 600 * t = 600t
t=time in hours
600t=525(t+.6)
600t=525t + 315
-525t -525t
75t=315
divide by 75t and t=4.2
I don't know if this answer is right, but I hope someone could help me.
