You can put this solution on YOUR website!
2%2F3 linseed oil and 1%2F3 turpentine.

16%2AfluidOunce%2A%282%2F3%29=32%2F3=%2810%262%2F3%29%2AfluidOunces, how much linseed oil.

16%2AfluidOunces%2A%281%2F3%29=16%2F3=%285%261%2F3%29%2AfluidOunces, how much turpentine.

Ratio of 2:1 and 2+1=3 so 2/3 shows that out of every 3 parts 2 parts are oil.
But we don't need 3 we need 16. OK, 16/1*2/3= 32/3 divide and you get:
10.667 oz of oil and:
16-10.667= 5.333 oz turpentine
