Hi there,
Two sides that are the same
length = 2x m
Third side = 2x - 3
Perimeter is the measure of
all the three sides.
Perimeter = 2x + (2x - 3)
13 m = 2x + 2x - 3
collect like terms
4x = 16 m
x = 4 m
Two sides = 4 m apiece.
Third side = 5 m
