In order to make a profit,revenue earned must be greater than money spent on makin the flags.
37x>=19x + 10135
18x>= 10135
Divide throughout by 18.I suspect you will get a fractional answer that needs to be rounded off to the next highest number.That number will be the smallest number of flags that need to be made to make a profit.
