You can put this solution on YOUR website!
The triangle is a 30-60-90 triangle, so we already know
the sides are in the ratio of 1%3Asqrt%283%29%3A2 but to show work:
A=30 degree angle , side opposite=a
B=60 degree angle, side opposite=b
C=90 degree angle, side opposite=c=hypotenuse
sin(30)=opposite/hypotenuse=a/c
sin(30)c=a
c=a/sin(30) a=1,so:
c=1/0.5=2 When a=1, c=2
a%5E2%2Bb%5E2=c%5E2%29%29%29%0D%0A%7B%7B%7Bb%5E2=c%5E2-a%5E2
b=sqrt%28c%5E2-a%5E2%29
b=sqrt%282%5E2-1%5E2%29
b=sqrt%283%29
So,ifa=x,then b=sqrt%283%29x, and c=2x.
