Does each student have to sell 400 candy bars or are there 400 candy for the group?
I will assume 400 for the group.
There is no problem since no question is asked.
There is nothing to setup.
Some questions might be:
How much money will be received if all are sold?
400*.25=100 dollars
How many candy bars need to be sold by each student?
400/31 almost 13 candy bars each
31*12=372
31*13=403
3 students will receive 12 and 28 will receive 13
