Question 804193: My son who is in 3rd grade got a math question from his school.
A movie theater on first day has 299 seats filled and on third day 100 seats filled.
How many were occupied on second day.
How do we solve this math.
Help is appreciated.

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
There is not enough information.
Total number of seats filled or an indication that the second day was a percentage of one of the days or that the decrease is a constant rate.
Maybe the theater was closed the second day.
There just isn't enough info.
