If it is a circular track
outer track length = 2*pi*r1 (radius of outer track)
Inner track length = 2*pi*r2 (radius of inner track)
difference = 2pir1-2pir2
= 2pi(r1-r2)
=2pi*5
=10pi
=31.4 m
