You can put this solution on YOUR website!
The average weight of the first two dogs was 43 pounds.
The average weight of the next three dogs was 58 pounds.
What was the average weight of all the dogs?
:
Try it this way
Av = %282%2843%29%2B3%2858%29%29%2F5
Av = %2886+%2B+174%29%2F5
Av = 260%2F5
Av = 52 lbs
