Canada:

Europe:
18866/1991 = 948%
Europe had the biggest percentage increase.

% Incr = [(new - old) / old] x 100%
so for Canada, we have
% Incr = [(2571 - 388) / 388] x 100% = 562.6 %
For Europe, we have
% Incr = [(17773 - 1991) / 1991] x 100% = 792.7 %
Hence the growth was greater in Europe.
