   x(2x+8m) = 188m

   2x^2 + 8x - 188 = 0

   x^2 + 4x - 94 = 0

x+=+%28-4+%2B-+sqrt%28392+%29%29%2F%282%29+   Tossing out negative solution for length

   x =  7.9m, the width. Length is 23.8m      Note: 7.9*23.8 = 188 (to neaarest whole number)
