Using the point-slope model for a linear expression c = mt + b
(3,3.00)(6,4.80)
m = 1.80/3 = .60
c = .60t + b (using (3,3.00) to solve for b
3.00 = .60*3 + b
1.20 = b
c = .60t + 1.20
