You can put this solution on YOUR website!
A:28%2B15%2AM
B:24%2B16%2AM
Set them equal to each other and solve for M.
28%2B15M=24%2B16M
Solve this equation to get M.
Once you solve for M, then use either equation to solve for cost.

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Let m = months belonging to either club
Let C%5Ba%5D = total cost to belong to A
Let C%5Bb%5D = total cost to belong to B
Given:
C%5Ba%5D+=+28m+%2B+15
C%5Bb%5D+=+24m+%2B+16
--------------------
When will C%5Ba%5D+=+C%5Bb%5D?
28m+%2B++15+=+24m+%2B+16
4m+=+1
m+=+1%2F4
The memberships will be the same after 1/4 month, or 1 week
check:
C%5Ba%5D+=+28m+%2B+15
C%5Ba%5D+=+28%2A%281%2F4%29+%2B+15
C%5Ba%5D+=+7+%2B+15
C%5Ba%5D+=+22
C%5Bb%5D+=+24m+%2B+16
C%5Bb%5D+=+24%2A%281%2F4%29+%2B+16
C%5Bb%5D+=+6+%2B+16
C%5Bb%5D+=+22
OK
