You can put this solution on YOUR website!
This means that P is either 6,-12,-3,13
and Q is also either 6,-12,-3,13
Divide each one by the other to find the lowest possible value.
Negative divide by negative will be positive.
Positive by positive will be positive
Negative divided by positive and positive by negative will be negative.
So for the least(smallest ) we want the largest number but with a negative sign
which will make it the smallest.
13/-3 which is -4 1/3
