You can put this solution on YOUR website!
In order to GUARANTEE that you have at least one of each, you would have to allow for the fact that you MIGHT draw 8 red ones in a row (since that is the largest number of any given color!), PLUS all 4 of the next most frequent color, plus at least one of the last color. That would be 13. That's my guess!!
