Question 1105934: Can someone please help with this, I don't have much experience with geometry so im not sure on how to answer the questions.
Use the diagram below shows two similar quadrilaterals.

Check all that apply:
1: the scale factor of PQRS to JKLM is 4/5
: the Scale factor of JKLM to PQRS is 4/5
2: the value of W is 20
3: the value of X is 12
4: the value of Y is 20
5: the perimeter of JKLM is 72
6: the perimeter of PQRS is 58
7: the Ratio of the perimeters of PQRS to JKLM is 4/5

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
1. Corresponding sides KL, length 15, and QR, length 12, set the scale factor as 4:5, or 4/5, between PQRS and JKLM -- not between JKLM and PQRS.
2. Side QP, length w, corresponds to KJ, length 25. Is 20/25 equal to 4/5?
3. Side LM, length x, corresponds to RS, length 10. Is 10/12 = 4/5?
4. Side JM, length y, corresponds to PS, length 16. Is 16/20 = 4/5?
6. From part 2, we know that the perimeter of PQRS is 58.
5. From part 6, is 58/72 = 4/5?
7. The ratio of the perimeters is 4/5... but is it PQRS to JKLM, or JKLM to PQRS?
