The given information is NOT insufficient, as the other tutor said....

4 goats can graze the field in 40 days; so it would take 1 goat 4*40 = 160 days.
So 1 goat grazes 1/160 of the field in 1 day.

It takes 6 sheep to graze the field in 40 days; so it would take 1 sheep 40*6 = 240 days.
So 1 sheep grazes 1/240 of the field in 1 day.

If there are 4 goats and 14 sheep, the fraction of the field grazed in 1 day is

Therefore it will take 12 days for 4 goats and 14 sheep to graze the field.
