You can put this solution on YOUR website!
P(x)=-25x²+100x-3000
5000=-25x²+100x-3000
25x²-100x-8000=0
x²-4x-320=0
(x+16)(x-20)=0
x=-16 or 20

Couldn't you have stated the problem correctly? Is it that hard?
FYI, based on experience, it should be, P(x) = - 25x^2 + 100x - 3000, and it should not be P = 5000, but P(x) = 5000 instead.
