the area of one face of a rectangular prism is 60 square cm.the other face is 80cm square. If one edge of the prism is 10cm.
find the area of the other faces
find the capacity of the prism
the textbook solution doesn't make sense.

Either you left something out of the conditions of the problem or there are three possible answers.
You could have a 10 by 8 face, an 8 by 15/2 face, and a 10 by 15/2 face, OR you could have a 10 by 6 face, a 6 by 40/3 face, and a 10 by 40/3 face, OR you could have a 10 by 8 face, a 10 by 6 face, and an 8 by 6 face.
Three different areas for the unspecified faces and three different volumes.
