Question 1030689: your sister is using your credit card to buy tickets for a two directions concert. she is buying the tickets online on ticket boss. she tells you that there is a $5 transaction fee per order and each ticket costs $55. your sister can't remember how many tickets she bought. you check your bank statement, which shows a $225 transaction for a single online purchase from ticket boss. how many tickets did your sister buy?

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
hi there,
It was one transaction
This Transaction fee cost $5
Total cost = $225 - $5 (Transaction fee)
= $220
Cost of ticket = $55
220/55 = 4 tickets.
Sister bought 4 tickets.
Hope this helps :-)
